AI Hub grew out of daily engineering practice: meetings that had to be written up, documents that had to be assembled, correspondence that had to be searched. Every capability exists because something needed doing.

Why this hub exists
It was built to be used, not to be sold. The selling came after.
Rules written from mistakes
The hub's rules are not a policy document. Each one records a specific failure, what to do instead, and how it is checked. A rule without the case that produced it is not accepted.
An exchange, on purpose
One agent proved the work. The next ones are trained for roles people actually asked for, reviewed by a person, and listed with an honest resume — so that hiring an agent is a decision you can read about first.
Replaceable on purpose
Everything of value is exportable. That is a design constraint, not a courtesy: a hub that makes itself indispensable has stopped competing on merit.
